Brei Taylor
Pastor of Oasis Fellowship Ministries in Orlando, Florida
Pastor
Brei, as she is affectionately called, humbly acknowledges accepting Christ
Jesus as Savior and Lord at the age five years old and receiving the baptism and
infilling of the Holy Spirit at age twelve. She was born and raised in Orlando,
Florida to a family of strong Christian believers, of which her mother has
served as her spiritual mentor and ministry forerunner.
She has studied and trained under the Reformed Theological Seminary,
Evangelical Teacher Training Association, Institute of Christian Education &
Development, World Evangelism School of Ministry, and Christian International
School of Ministry.
She
was ordained to the ascensions gift office of Pastor in May of 1989.
Pastor
Brei has carried out her call to ministry by serving as Youth Minister, Youth
Pastor, Associate Pastor, Co-Pastor, Pastor of Family Life Development and the
Worshipping Arts. In June 2003
Pastor Brei became affiliated with an open and affirming ministry, Potter’s
House Fellowship in Tampa, Florida under the leadership of Pastor Robert L.
Morgan. There she served as
Associate Pastor and began to minister the word of God for the first time as a
Woman of God walking in the truth and liberty of who she fully is.
Feeling
a strong passion to touch the marginalized and unchurched to share the radically
inclusive unconditional love of God, Pastor Brei and her life partner Minister
Sue Love were appointed by God to begin a work in Orlando, Florida.
Sunday, October 1, 2005 Oasis Fellowship Ministries was birth and it is
there that Pastor Brei presently serves as Founding Pastor.
This ministry of radical inclusivity distinct purpose is that of
reconciliation according to 2 Corinthians 5:18, “And
all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and
hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation”.
With
a clear voice Pastor Brei stands to declare Rev 22:17,
“ And the Spirit and the bride say, Come. And let him that heareth say, Come.
And let him that is athirst come. And whosoever will, let him take the water of
life freely.” |
