TEN Conference Registration
All registrants are asked to register for the conference using our online
registration process (even if you are paying with check). This process
enables us to automate and streamline our registration process.

Regular Registration is $95.00 per person (March 1-April 15, 2007)

make a reservation for "The Evangelical Network Conference"
May 3-6, 2007. You will
also need a credit card number to guarantee the reservation
and place a deposit for first night's room/tax.
All reservations should be made by
April 19, 2007. After this date, the hotel will release the remainder of the
guest room block. Additional reservation requests will be honored on space
and rate available basis.
Room rates are as follows:
Single: $79.00 per night
Double: $89.00 per night
Rooms include either a King bed or 2 double beds. Maximum number of
people in a room is 4 people.
** All rooms are subject to a
Sales/Room Tax of 15% unless you have a Texas Tax exempt form, which must be
sent to the hotel prior to your arrival. Speak with reservations for more
information about tax exemption. With proper exemption forms, these rates
are only subject to local city tax, which is currently 9%.

The hotel's 284 guestrooms are handsomely furnished and comfortably
appointed with tables & chairs, voice mail, coffeemakers,
irons/ironing boards, hair dryers, cable TVs, movies, data ports, free
local calls, & high-speed internet access.

Guests will enjoy a number of conveniences: daily newspaper, the indoor pool
and hot tub, health and fitness center, on-site guest laundry facilities

Roommate Finder
During
the Online Registration process, we have included a question asking if
you would like our help in finding a roommate for the conference. If
you answer YES we will connect you with others looking for roommates and let
you make your arrangements on your own together.
We also will give you the option to tell us how many other
roommate(s) you are interested in rooming with....1, 2, or 3 others.
Individual Guestroom Cancellation and Guarantee Policy
Rooms can be guaranteed for late arrival to your credit card or by advance
deposit. A guaranteed room reservation assures a room for you
regardless of your arrival time. Any guaranteed reservations not canceled
before 6:00 pm on the arrival date will be billed to the credit card or
against the advance deposit.
Individual Guestroom Payment
Each individual is responsible for their own payment of room, tax, and
incidental expenses, payable upon checkout.
Check-in/Check-out Policy
Check-in is at 3:00 pm. Check out is at 12:00 pm. Baggage
storage is available at the front desk, if needed.

should not arrive more than 7 business days prior to the conference. You should make advance arrangements with Delivery/Freight
Company for any materials you need to have returned upon the conclusion of
the conference. Any materials left more than 3 days after the
completion of the conference will be discarded at the discretion of the

Exhibits
A limited amount of complimentary Exhibit tables will be available for those ministries who would like
them. We encourage ministries to use this as an opportunity to let
others know about your ministry. You may reserve
your 5 foot exhibit table during registration. The hotel is already a
wireless internet property, however, if you require a telephone line, wired DSL, electricity of have other needs than just an exhibit table, please
contact us prior to 7 days before the event. Additional fees will be
required by the hotel for this these additional services.
There can not be any signs nailed, screwed or otherwise
attached to columns, floors, doors, walls or other parts of the building or
furniture.
